Integration of SCADA data to other utility operational data systems such as AMI and OMS allows utilities to maximize their investment, extending the value of systems by improving their efficiencies.  Bellwether meters from AMI can be used for load management, Volt-VAR optimization and control, and Conservation Voltage Reduction.  SCADA can pass breaker status information to OMS to automatically create a verified outage without running the outage prediction engine.  uCentra™ ODMS provides a deep level of integration and a central repository SCADA historical information for access and analysis across all utility departments.

Utilities can achieve situational awareness through integration and synchronization of the GIS/EA connectivity model to uCentra™ ODMS.  They can gain insight by viewing location of meter events (outages, tampers, blinks, low-battery, etc.), the location of analytic events (high/low voltage exceptions, overloaded transformers, delinquent customers, etc.), and when integrated with ALV to view location of service vehicles.  All map layers are imported and can be turned on/off, and users can select what type of base map (topographical, satellite or street-level) to overlay the connectivity model.

Runs on standard tablets and phones such as iOS Mobile Client and Android Mobile Client, and standard browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox.
